Excellent understanding of IP/MPLS services and TCP/IP
protocol suite
- Excellent understanding of the
business/economics of implementing IP/MPLS networks
- Excellent understanding of operations and
planning tools for telecom backbone networks
- Excellent knowledge about the NGN
services and architecture
- Responsible for tracking escalated
customer service issues
- Working knowledge of MPLS-VPNs and
their different configurations
- Must exhibit excellent presentation
and communication skills
- Exposure to Windows/Linux/Solaris
environment
