Sales/Marketing
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant
experience in customer delivery and account
management with
domain expertise in handling telecom service
provider accounts for Telecom OSS/BSS,
network operations and planning solutions
Job Description
- Responsible for
managing customer relationship and service delivery
- Responsible for coordination of complete post-sales
activities
- Responsible for project management and
service delivery through a team of engineers

Lead the customer support team assisted by support
engineers

Responsible for tracking escalated customer service
issues

Responsible for coordination with back-end team for
new releases, issues and bug-fixes

Responsible for billing and payment collection from
the customer
