Job
Description
- Responsible for managing customer relationship
and service delivery

Responsible for coordination of complete post-sales activities
-
Responsible for project management and service delivery through a team
of engineers
- Lead the customer
support team assisted by support engineers
- Responsible for
tracking escalated customer service issues
- Responsible for
coordination with back-end team for new releases, issues and bug-fixes
- Responsible for
billing and payment collection from the customer
- Must exhibit
excellent presentation and communication skills
