            - Develop and manage key accounts of telecom carriers and large enterprises
            - Refine product value proposition and ROI to the customer
            - Lead Market Research, Product Positioning, Product Management activities
            - Lead Business Development including strategic alliances and channel partnerships
            - Manage customer relationship and communication up to the highest level

    Job Requirements
            - Good knowledge and education background in IT and Marketing
            - Convincing power to sell high value products or solutions
            - Proven track record of sales ramp-up on carrier side is preferred
            - Strong communication and negotiation skills
            - Experience with renowned telecom equipment/software vendors is preferred
            - Ability to be effective leader in a startup environment

    

   2. Technical Architect/Technical Manager

     Experience: Technical Architect/Technical Manager : 7-10 years,

                            Senior Technical Architect/Senior Technical Manager : 10+ years

         Job Description
                - Identify the technical architecture required to implement new projects or product enhancements      
            - Evaluate & choose most appropriate technologies, infrastructural needs, integration mechanisms
                    to be used in the project to meet functional requirements
                - Identify and document all architecture designs and mechanisms to be used during product
                    development and prepare roadmap of implementation
                - Identify the software modules, sub-components and define interfaces (protocol and APIs)
                - Perform proof of concepts to evaluate acceptability of technical solutions based on
                    customer requirements
                - Provide time estimates and resource requirements for completion of project tasks
                - Enforce integrity of the software architecture by collaborating with and mentoring the
                   development team
            - Leading the team of software developers with hands-on involvement
            - Guiding and motivating the team members with strong leadership and managerial skills

        Job Requirements
           - BE/BTech/MCA/ME/ MTech in EE/ ECE/ CS/ IT from a reputed University
           - At least 3 years of relevant experience in software architecture
           - Sound knowledge of OS internals and computer architecture
           - Good Database skills ( experience with MySQL is a plus)
           - Familiarity with revision control systems – like SVN, CVS
           - Knowledge of networking technologies and products
           - Conversant on OO concept, SOA architecture, UML, XML, etc.
           - Excellent communication and presentation skills
