   1. Account Manager (Customer Delivery & Support)
      

  Education: BE/BTech in EE/CS/IT from a reputed University and preferably MBA in Sales/Marketing

  Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in customer delivery and account management with
                          domain expertise in handling telecom service provider accounts for Telecom OSS/BSS,
                          network operations and planning solutions


      Job Description

            - Responsible for managing customer relationship and service delivery
            - Responsible for coordination of complete post-sales activities
            - Responsible for project management and service delivery through a team of engineers
            - Lead the customer support team assisted by support engineers
            - Responsible for tracking escalated customer service issues
            - Responsible for coordination with back-end team for new releases, issues and bug-fixes
            - Responsible for billing and payment collection from the customer
            - Must exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills
