		<description>Though I didnt work for a longer period in a startup(Vegayan) but the two things that i always like about working in a startup are:
a) Infinite learning (in each phase of product lifecycle)
b) exponential growth (If performance is consistently good)</description>

I don&#039;t know where you got that from. What kind of work do you think product development companies give ? I work in Oracle and each person pretty much owns a large area of code.
